FOR CHAPTER HISTORIAN

- Send to your Province President. For
specific due date, refer to the Chapter President’s checklist,

Annual Chapter Summary
a.
Follow Outline of Annual Chapter Summary, IB 375, but also include a written or
typed history in prose;
b. Keep this history in a
permanent, bound book;
c.
Send a copy to the Province President
along with IB375
Other
duties:
1. Beginning in the fall, keep a monthly file of chapter activities to
facilitate writing of the chapter history.
2. Keep Membership Book
up to date. (The book signed by
initiates during the Initiation Ceremony.)
Immediately following the Initiation Ceremony collect biographical
information for each initiate. Promptly record this data in the Membership Book.
3. Supervise chapter archives: Keep
any WHEEL, which might be valuable to the historical record of the chapter,
indicating there on “permanent file”.

below are supplies, which, should be in the Historian's portfolio.
The Historian is responsible for the upkeep and care of all equipment and
supplies for this office.
