Don Camillo Restaurants (and other Namesakes)

What is it about Don Camillo and *food*?

Originally, my plan was to list on this page just the Don Camillo Restaurants whose webmasters wanted to exchange links with me. However, I've decided it might be more fun to let people see just how many restaurants and other establishments there are out there named after GG's well-known creation. Thus, I'll be adding plenty to this page in the future. In the meantime, though, enjoy the single link listed below, and if you visit it, see if you can find the link back to my site! :-)

Here, again, is a link to AltaVista's "Babel Fish" translator, for the foreign-language sites.

ALL LINKS WILL OPEN IN A NEW WINDOW.

Bistro Don Camillo~~ http://www.doncamillo.qc.ca

Located in Quebec and housed in a restored former church building, this Don Camillo-named restaurant is run by Italian ex-pat Fabio Carlini. The lovely website at the above address includes directions, a menu, a history of the area, some mention of how the bistro got its name (with reference to the Don Camillo films starring French legend Fernandel)... and it's all in French (Quebec; remember?). Anyhow, if you're ever up near "la région de la Beauce," I'd say this place looks worth a stop.
