Topics covered include all aspects of the Hammered Dulcimer: playing, performance, building, festival announcements, technique, history, repertoire, etc. Participants include the dulcimer novice thru internationally-known teachers and performers.

A USENET news group dedicated to both hammered and fretted dulcimers. The group is unmoderated so there tends to be a lot of junk posts. Although not as detailed or technical as discussions found on "hammerd@mcs.com," the group is still a good one to check out.
