A Brief History

 






 

For over a century my family has lived on the north coast in either Astoria, Seaside, or Gearhart Oregon.  In mid 2005 with the kids totally gone my wife and I sold our Seaside home and moved to Gearhart.

Also for several years I had been debating about joining a much smaller real estate company on the Oregon coast and to eventually transition to a slower pace in my career and then retirement. 

In mid 2007 the smell of the ocean came calling as it has in the past years but this time with an opportunity I couldn't turn down.  In the fall of 2007 along with my wife's full support I moved my real estate license to John L. Scott's brand new Seaside, Oregon office.

I had previously worked successfully in the Portland real estate market for over 10 years but slowing down and relocating to the Oregon coast was starting to sound pretty good to me.  My only regret after I transferred was I didn't do it sooner!

Our John L Scott real estate Seaside office is centrally located in Seaside on highway 101 as you pass through town.  We are approximately 3 miles south of Gearhart and 8 miles north of Cannon Beach and 17 miles south of Astoria and Warrenton, Oregon.

It's my professional privilege to introduce each of you to the pleasures of owning or selling of a property on the north Oregon coast whether it's your primary home or investment property. I look forward to working with you.
