á       Provide full support of software, hardware, workstations, file servers, data backup, dial-in gateways, network access and distribution.  Maintain printer and color copier network.

á       Identified high color printing and copying costs and led initiative to replace existing equipment with state-of-the-art technology at substantially lower cost per page operating costs.

á       Provide full IT support and oversight via site visits, telephone, email and remote management software for two remote locations; a photo studio and a European sales and editorial office located in the United Kingdom.

á       Successfully planned & oversaw setup of Macintosh environment in new sales and editorial office in the UK.
