John was one of four Dorr siblings(?) in Pleasant River at an early date - one or more perhaps children of Parker and Eleanor (---) Dorr of Rochester NH. John lived at Cherryfield (1840, 1860-70) and Columbia (1850). His 1st 4 children are in the Cherryfield ME birth records.

The death record of one son says that John was born at Bangor ME - another says Columbia ME.

Freeman was of Cherryfield ME in 1859 and was a laborer there in 1870.

His gs has no dates but indicates that Freeman served with Co C 22nd ME Infantry.

He was divorced from his 1st wife (she subsequently married his brother).

Everett lived at Steuben ME. His death record says that his father was b at Bangor ME.

Azel joined the 14th Regiment Infantry 24 Feb 1865 and was discharged 10 May 1865. He was descibed as 5 ft-10 in, blue eyes, light brown hair, light skin, red cheeks.

He was a laborer at Steuben ME.
