About the Builder

   Daryl Kruse has been modeling in N scale for 35 years. His layout has been published in the January 1993 issue of Model Railroader, the 2004 issue of Great Model Railroads and the June/July 2006 issue of N scale Railroading. This summer his layout will once again be in the model railroad press, a second time in Model Railroader.  The UPRR Rochelle Subdivision has its own website at rochellesub.com. Daryl and wife Patti have four children and are both Lutheran Educators at St. Paul Lutheran School in Rochelle, IL.
