Snow Removal

· Snow removal after another 3 storms was completed quickly and without incident.

Landscaping

· Proposals for re-landscaping of White Swan Way received and reviewed.

Financial

· Tax Forms 1099s mailed to all required vendors

· Copies of 1099s mailed to State of New Jersey 

· Form 1096 and 1099s mailed to IRS 

· January financial statements completed for 2/25 meeting

· FY2005 Budget Proposal prepared for distribution to Trustees and Homeowners

Pool Removal

· Received answers to interrogatories from our attorneys.

· Provided defendants with copies of requested documents

· Provided answers to defendants interrogatories

Maintenance

· Numerous roof repairs completed.

· Emergency repairs completed to several units due to ice damming.

· A Mignatti building was treated for termites.

· Tree at front of property trimmed above sidewalk

Web Site

· Added November Minutes to web site

· Added January Actions of the Board to web site's home page

· Archived November actions of the board on the web site 

· Changed next meeting date on web site's home page

· Removed 12/31/03 financial reports from financials page

· Removed Post-dated Check Rule from home page

· Removed FY2002 Audit Completed from home page

· Added 1/31/04 financial reports to financials page

Annual Meeting

· Draft cover letter and proxy statement prepared

· Draft Limited Proxy form prepared

· Minutes of FY2003 meeting printed for distribution to homeowners

· Draft of Special Edition newsletter prepared

Administrative

· Emails processed:  approximately 124

· Phone calls handled: 31

· Numerous letters and other inquiries handled

· All correspondence related to the Association and its members was filed

· 2 welcome packages sent to new homeowners

· Letter sent to Brick Township Liaison to Brick Condominiums asking for help with getting drainage project completed

· Responded to multiple requests for information from mortgage companies for refinancing of units.
