This software is licensed, not sold. You may not make copies of the program disk or of the software, in whole or in part, except under terms of the appropriate license, and all conditions of that license apply to recipients and users of those copies.
If and when upgrades and other releases of the software become available, dr2 will attempt to notify you. dr2 may charge a fee for upgraded editions, and may charge shipping and handling costs for other releases.
This license may not be transferred or sold.
Individual license: If you have purchased an individual license, you are permitted to make copies of the program disk or the program for archival (backup) use only, and may not redistribute those copies to anyone. You may make one copy of the software for each analysis you perform using the software for purposes of storing results--that copy must remain on the computer on which the original copy is used. Graphs, tables, and other printed output of the program may be distributed freely, so long as they exclude calculation methods, code, or other components of the program. The software may not be used for commercial purposes, such purposes including but not limited to sale of reports containing graphs, tables, and other program output. For purposes of this license, submission of manuscripts for publication in a peer-reviewed journal or presentation at professional meetings is not considered commercial use.
Student/resident license: If you have purchased a student/resident license, you are permitted to use the software as per the terms of the individual license, so long as you remain enrolled as a full-time student in a degree-granting academic program or are employed in an accredited medical residency program. When you complete the qualifying program, you may upgrade to a regular individual license for a reduced fee.
Departmental license: If you have purchased a departmental license, you are permitted to distribute copies of the software to faculty members, staff, and students within the licensed department, for use solely in non-commercial departmental teaching and research programs, and in accordance with the terms of the individual license. Recipients may not keep or use the software when they finish their courses or leave the department. You may not distribute copies to personnel in other departments or institutions. The software may not be used for commercial purposes.
Commercial license: If you have purchased a commercial license, you are permitted to distribute copies of the software to personnel within your institution, and to sell reports and other documents including charts, tables, and other material produced by the software. Recipients may not keep or use the software when they leave the licensed institution. If you do not agree to the terms of this license or the warranty below, you may return the unopened software package to dr2 Consulting for a refund.
This software is provided as-is: neither the author nor dr2 makes any warranty, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness of the program for any analysis. The user assumes all liability for direct or consequential damages from use of the software or of results generated by it. In case of any defect, the publishers' sole liability shall be to provide a replacement copy.
