About Our Office

Our Liberty Bay Marina location is literally over the waters of Liberty Bay, looking out toward Poulsbo, Washington and the Olympic Mountains. It is centrally located in Kitsap County. Click the link in the upper right corner of this page for a Google map.

 The photo in the top banner was taken from the window of our treatment rooms. I can confidently say that it's the most beautiful, tranquil chiropractic office you've ever experienced. You’ll find it easy to set aside the stress of the day and relax.

We are about eleven miles from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal, across Puget Sound from downtown Seattle. Nearby towns include Silverdale, Hansville, Kingston, Bremerton, Port Gamble, and Port Ludlow. We have patients who travel from Port Angeles and Port Townsend, as well.

We are respectful of your time. For a regular appointment, you can expect to be in a treatment room on time, and to have your appointment completed within 15 minutes, though if you need more time it will be available.

Hours

8 am to noon, 2 pm to 6 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Other days and times available by appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Fees

We ask that patients pay for their care at the time of service.

 We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card and Discover, including debit cards. Our normal office visit charge is currently $65.

If you have no insurance that covers chiropractic care, we offer a cash discount for payment at time of service, so you pay $40 per visit. First visit includes a comprehensive exam, so your first visit charges total $90.

If you're over 65, you get an additional $5 discount, so you pay $35. We do not participate with Medicare, which means that you pay at the time of service, we bill Medicare for you, and Medicare reimburses you directly. This results in a very small net cost to you. First visit includes a comprehensive examination that Medicare requires (but does not pay for) so your first visit charges total $80.

We offer a military discount to active duty service members and their families in appreciation of your service to the country. For officers, the initial exam and adjustment totals $80, subsequent visits are $35. For enlisted, initial exam and adjustment totals $50, subsequent visits are $25

If you need care and payment is a problem, talk to us. We do our best to make care affordable for everyone. We may be able to use your skills in a barter arrangement or set up a payment plan that fits your budget.

Insurance

If your insurance covers chiropractic care, and we contract with your plan, we are bound by the terms of that contract. While you are meeting your deductible, you will need to pay the cash discount rate (above) or your company's allowable rate (whichever is less) at the time of service. Any copay or coinsurance is to be paid at the time of service.

If we are not contracted with your health insurance company, you will need to pay the cash discount rate (above) at the time of service. We'll bill your insurance for you, and they'll reimburse you directly.

If you have a work injury covered by the Department of Labor and Industries, we will bill them directly and you will owe nothing at the time of service. If charges are rejected by L&I, you will become responsible for them.

If you have a motor vehicle accident injury you will owe nothing as long as you have personal injury protection coverage we can bill for your care. If your personal injury protection coverage is exhausted or not in effect, we will wait for payment only if you have retained a lawyer and we can file a lien against settlement.
