| In February 2000, after completing treatment
for cervical cancer I got the insane (don't
believe me? Ask everyone I know - they thought I had lost my mind)
idea to train to run the 25th annual Marine Corps Marathon in Washington,
D.C. I was not and had never been a runner. Since then, I have completed
FOUR FULL marathons
and EIGHT half-marathons (I know KNOW I AM
NUTS). There is
