Camera Information

These cams "time out" at 5 minutes, so the Refresh Rate is set at 4 minutes and 15 seconds. These cams may have spotty outages. Also, the "frame rate" is considerably slower than regular streaming media (like the USA Panda Cams), and the cam is set at a slower rate causing the images to jump in what I describe in a "claymation" motion. This appears to be normal for these cams.
