Doug was an original member of the earliest form of Drive and started playing guitar about 5 years ago. In a couple of years he became the lead guitarist in the band. He wrote all of the songs off of the first demo, and ever since Tom joined the band, Doug has been co-writing all of the songs with Tom. His musical influences include Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Aerosmith, Eric Johnson, and Dream Theater. Doug can also play the piano, the bass guitar, the drums, and the accordion (??)
