It's been a while since the last update.  I've been out of town a lot on business.  And getting the front forks together has taken a while.  Now that I'm past the front forks, progress is picking up.  I ordered a set of inner fork tubes from Forking By Frank - the old tubes were too rusted and pitted.  It took me a while to piece the suspension components together and get it to slide just right.

As you can see, I've decided to paint the tin white with red trim.  All of the chassis parts are painted, bolted on or ready to be bolted on (except for the seat).  I've started working on the electrical system - which seems to be in pretty good shape, I'm cleaning out all of the connector contacts and metering out the components.

I hope to soon set the chassis aside for a while and focus on the motor.  That should be the real challenge.                  -ds
