I order that my executors raise Two Hundred Dollars out of my estate and pay it to those six above named grandchildren equally shear and shear among them which will be thirty three and one third Dollars to each of them the shears to be paid to them by the first of March 1830.

EZEKIEL SHARP 
In the name of God Amen, I Ezekiel Sharp, being in sound mind and memory, thanks be to God for his long and repeated mercies to me but calling to mind that all men are mortell do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say I will my soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth dust to dust not doubting but I shall receive the same again by the Mighty God, and as touching _____ at worldly estates as I am blest with in this life, I will and bequeath in the following manner and form. 
Item - First I will and bequeath to my son Joseph Sharpe one Negro boy name Sampson by said Sharp paying $200 to Peggy Patterson by 1st of March 1829 the said Patterson holds the said Sharps note at this time for that sum and paid to her by me being the part that I will to my daughter Peggy Patterson. 
Item - I will to my daughter Isabela Sharp one Negro girl, Venis. 
Item - I will and bequeath to my daughter Eddoth Morrison $200 to be raised out of my estate and paid to her by the first of March 1829. 
Item - I will and bequeath unto my grandchildren say the children and offspring of my daughter Jemima Alexander decd namely Johisa M. Alexander, Catharine L. Alexander, Joseph Alexander, Mark Alexander, Ester Alexander and Ezekiel Alexander. I order that my executors raise Two Hundred Dollars out of my estate and pay it to those six above named grandchildren equally shear and shear among them which will be thirty three and one third Dollars to each of them the shears to be paid to them by the first of March 1830. 
Item - I will and bequeath to my daughter Catharine Sharp one negro girl Manda and her offspring. 
Item - I will and bequeath to my daughter Keziah Morrison two Hundred Dollars to be raised out of my estate and to be paid her by Ezekiel A. Sharp and the said Keziah Morrison hold a note on the said Sharp for Two Hundred Dollars due first of March 1829 which is her part of my estate. 
Item - I will and bequeath unto my daughter Sally Sharp one negro boy named Andrew. 
Item - I will and bequeath unto my son Ezekiel A. Sharp one negro boy named Milton by his giving Two Hundred Dollars to Keziah Morrison by the first of March 1829 which the said Ezekiel A. Sharpe has given the said Morrison his note for that sum due at that time. I also will the siad Ezekiel A. Sharp the plantation that the said Ezekiel A. Sharpe now lives on and my family Bible. 
Item - I will and order that my executors pay all my just debts out of my estate. 
Item - I will and bequeath unto Isabela Sharp, Catharine Sharpe, and Sally Sharpe all the remainder of my estate to be equally divided between them. 
Item - As now I have broken up housekeeping and made divisions of my property among all my children and intend that it shall be as it is now divided but I accept the right of all the property mentioned in this last will in my hands and can call on it at any time I think proper as I dispose of it in any other form that I think best. 
Item - I nominate and appoint my two sons Joseph and Ezekiel A. Sharpe my executors to this my Last will and Testament disolving all other will and Testament heretofore by me made as witness. I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal this fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight Huntred and Twenty Eight. Signed in presence of us
