Manufacturing processes can be compared using several criteria. Among those criteria are effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, they can be compared based on impact on the environment, safety issues, and health effects. Often the comparison becomes complex because each criterion is made of many sub-criteria. The tool described in the project below helps keep track of the complexities in such comparisons.
