Many analyses ultimately depend on a financial analysis or are
critically affected by a financial analysis. One reason is the
importance of monetary considerations in human affairs. Another
reason is the convenience of converting dissimilar things into a
common thing, money.

- OPA 90 Analyses: Performed
analyses of safety and economic regulatory questions for
the US Coast Guard in response to
requirements of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90).
- Software Reuse: Produced
reports on software reuse for the Army Reuse Center (ARC).
Also, produced a business plan for the ARC.
- Industrial Projects for Milliken & Co.:
Wrote custom Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
systems. Wrote system for scheduling polyester yarn
texturizing equipment in several mills. Wrote system for scheduling looms in several
mills. Solved problem of entering the Dress Business.
Developed customer financial support analyses to improve
significant customers' operations.
- BC M&S S&T:
Participated in project for the US Army Battle Command
Simulation & Experimentation (BCSE), G3/5/7, to
create Roadmap for Battle Command (BC) Modeling &
Simulation (M&S) Science & Technology (S&T).
