CT axial soft tissue windows

CT axial bone windows and coronal soft tissue windows
Findings:
Soft tissue mass extending from nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus into nose with bony remodeling
DDX:
squamous
cell carcinoma, the minor salivary gland tumour, adenoid cystic
carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, melanoma, lymphoma, inverting papilloma, and
juvenile nasal angiofibroma (if young male)
Diagnosis:
Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Discussion:
The
radiographic features in this case are relatively nonspecific, but the
less aggressive features (lack of frank bony destruction), patient age,
and relatively high density on noncontrast CT.
