Handouts and Presentations from NADE 2009
Note: Some files are in .pptx (PowerPoint 2007) format. If you have an older version of PowerPoint, you can download a free compatibility pack from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en which will allow you to view these files in the older versions. If you do not have PowerPoint in any version, you may download a free viewer at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=048DC840-14E1-467D-8DCA-19D2A8FD7485&displaylang=en; most PPT files can also be read in Corel Presentations or Open Office Impress. Similarly, .doc files can be opened in their native Word but often in WordPerfect or OpenOffice Writer or by using the free Word viewer at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3657CE88-7CFA-457A-9AEC-F4F827F20CAC&DisplayLang=en. PDF files can be read using Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/) or the Foxit Reader (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader/). The free WordPerfect Lightning Beta (http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/us/en/Product/1171405162003#tabview=tab5) will read .doc, .wpd, and .pdf files.

Documents and Conference Handouts from 1999-2003
Below you will
find documents contributed by various MathSPIN members, alphabetized by
author. Most of these are handouts from presentations at NADE conferences.
Unless otherwise noted, they are presented in PDF format to allow you
to print the page to appear as close as possible to the original document
while being platform independent.

Your contributions are welcome! We would especially like
to see handouts from conference presentations. Not everyone gets to
attend conferences, and even those who do can't see every session they'd
like to.
If you would like to contribute a paper, please e-mail it to Daryl Stephens as an attachment.
Your contribution must be in one of these formats: Word Perfect (any version -- my preferred
format -- makes the smallest files), Word (any version through 2000 or
XP), Open Office 1.0 Beta, Word
Pad, straight text, RTF, PDF, or formatted in HTML. If you
use a different word processor, try using Save As and saving it as an RTF
(Rich Text Format) file. I usually can get them converted and posted within
a week or two. Due to differences in formatting, fonts, etc., I may
have to do some minor editing to get things to come out right on screen.
We will also take submissions of PowerPoint slide shows (or Corel Presentations
shows).
