Standards
2006: Beyond Crossroads
The American
Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (AMATYC) requested
that the NADE Math SPIN be one of several organizations to put together
a response to the draft of their new Standards document on the
direction of college mathematics courses up through calculus.
This was a wonderful opportunity for inter-association cooperation, and
will help us influence the direction of developmental and early college
mathematics. Thanks to the committee members who volunteered to serve
on this task force.
