229 Pages

Reprinting the original versions of the most durable hero to come out the 1970's - Firestorm, the Nuclear Man! When Ronnie Raymond is trapped in a nuclear power plant, a radioactive accident fuses him with physicist Martin Stein to form Firestorm, a superhero with control over the subtance of matter itself. In this Archives, we are treated to Firestorm's origin, his first encounter with Superman and his invitation to join the Justice League. We meet his Rogues Gallery including Multiplex, the beautiful yet deadly Killer Frost and the Hyena, the villain with the deadliest of secrets. Topping it all off is the first work George Perez did for DC Comics on the backup strip in the Flash. Altogether, an excellent collection of 1970's nostalgia!
