The countersink bit..measurements. bottom portion is 1/8th and the top of the taper and shaft is 5/16ths and its one inch long. I like this bit for many reasons.. its short. no need to be hovering out in space and having the bit wonder. it cuts fast in all materials.. it never broke (so far). other 1/8th inch bits break or have broken when you apply pressure and lean alittle.. i hate breaking bits. if you need a little bit larger hole just keep going a spin or two. though you can go to far and make a hole huge knowing the bit, your drill and the material you can judge the hole size and dont have to re chuck a new bit for one hole, and rechuck the small bit to finish other holes. a time saver all the way.
before anyone asks where i got it, ill tell ya. i found this in someones driveway, asked em what it was, they didnt know and i said i was taking it.. it was found solid brown covered in a dark color rust that was barely stuck on.. one shot in some rust cleaner and a rag and it was good to go. why i would pick up a mysterious brown thing on the ground, i saw the taper and the cylindrical shape and went hey
i havent seen another anywere so if you do let me know. i already lost this
thing countless times and refound it. iam sure one day i wont be so lucky.
