Great News!!   Sweetheart Jamboree is moving to the  Bellevue Hilton!  This great new facility will give us a much larger Ballroom and larger classrooms.  As Sweetheart has continued to grow over the years, It is necessary for us to continue finding larger dance locations in order to provide you our dancing family with the best  possible event.

Please join us for this exciting new location.  We are looking forward to providing you with the larger area that so many of you have asked for.  Thanks for your continuing support and help.  This is truly your event!

The Best Dance Party in Town!

The registration desk opens at 12:00pm and classes start at 12:45pm.  Friday afternoon and early evening the dance halls will be offering free beginning dance lessons to all cowboys and cowgirls starting at 4:30pm. Friday night the Hoe-down will start at 8:00 pm with three dance halls offering different types of music & dancing (Swing, Line, General Country).  Friday night’s cowboy and cowgirl dance contest (in today’s terms, known as a Jack & Jill) promises a hootin’ and hollowin’ good time.  Saturday brings more dance lessons, a professional dinner show and Hoe-Down that will last well into the morning hours.

Be sure to bring your best old west costumes and dress for the theme on Saturday night - or for the whole weekend for that matter.  Those of you who have attended this event in the past know that we love to fully immerse ourselves in the theme.  Expect to see a lot of saloon girls, gamblers, outlaws and cowhands throughout the weekend.

Saturday Night Activities

Giddy-up, don’t be late for the chuck wagon! The bean masters and dough bellys have promised some of the best  doughgods and whistle berries that can be found on the trail.  After the grub is served and the brown gargle is poured, we’ll gather around the campfire for some hootin’ and hollerin’ good fun!  Don’t miss your opportunity to share this special time with your dancin’ cowpoke friends.  Enjoy the grub, the great show and hours of open dancing.

Our Dinner count is limited so get your seat by the campfire early!   The Registration Desk will open at 7:30 am  on Saturday morning for assignment of Saturday evening’s dinner seats.  Make sure you have all the tickets for all the cowpokes you want to be seated with, as they will be assigned at that time.  Only one person per group need sign up for their table.  The line for dinner tickets will start forming in the early morning hours (before 7:00am, for sure) so come in your PJs and plan on some dancing.  Limit: 10 tickets per table representative. 

Good ole country hospitality Friday night

Join us for a special Hospitality Suite just for dancers who have come to the event without partners.  Get a special pin that will identify you as “Cowboys and Cowgirls without a partner who want to be asked to dance” (Only available at the Hospitality Suite while supply lasts).    Then sign up for the Jack & Jill contest and get the chance to win some great prizes.  Check with registration for suite number and time!  Don’t miss it!
