She is also the co-founder of Alliance Ministries, a ministry designed to equip today's leaders for tomorrow's challenges. Veronica’s calling is assist other churches and equip their women through discipleship training. Her purpose is to encourage women by providing instruction to change their lives from within. The Lord has placed a burning desire in her heart to network with area Women’s Ministries and provide workshops on various topics to help them accomplish their purpose as well. She strongly believes that women will discover a new confidence and significance by learning to depend on God alone. Alliance Ministries has blessed many women in various churches and faith-based organizations through dynamic workshops and panel discussions. Veronica’s first exposure to Women's ministry began at Double Rock as a speaker for Women's Day events. She has participated in numerous Women's bible studies, attended various Women's ministry conferences, and helped plan Women's Day Programs and Celebrations. Most notably was her involvement in a Titus II Women's Bible Study, which involved older women teaching younger women how to be Godly women. But, what allows Veronica to really connect with other women is the journey she's traveled. Like most women, she has survived running her race and becoming victorious. She has also had her share of sorrow and loss. The spiritual gifts that she operates in the most are encourager and teacher, as she mentors teens and women. Her ministry motto is "I am not whole unless my sister is whole." She is currently involved in Women's Ministry, while her husband oversees the Youth Ministry at First Christian Community Church in Annapolis, Maryland under the leadership of Pastor Karen V. Johnson. Veronica and her husband, Pastor Darrell L. Williams, have been enjoying their "holy hook-up" for over 10 years and are the proud parents of Joshua, Janiah, and Josiah. Together, they form a dynamic, anointed team and currently reside in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
