Here are a few photos of the completed Tiger on blocks in the shop. I'll probably re-do the turret to make it better looking and change the upper hull engineering. The current design allows the upper hull to slide backward off of the lower hull and leave the turret in place. As is turns out, I think a better plan would be follow the more conventional RC Tank layout. I'll attach the turret assembly directly to the upper hull, making sure it has good support from the lower hull. The entire upper hull would hinge on the front of the tank and tilt upward. I think this would make for faster maintenance and better battery access. I may even be able to upgrade to 36v (three 12v batteries) using that scheme.
