Pat explained to me that even though there are three established Thai
restaurants in Montclair, NJ, Thai Chef, Tubtim a/k/a Tuptim Thai Cuisine,
and Deja Vu French & Thai Restaurant, many of her regular customers live
or work in Montclair, NJ. Pat states “a good portion of my customers that
eat in and place regular delivery orders live in Montclair”. I learned
that some are as far away as the Southwest corridor of Montclair bordering
Eagle Rock Reservation and even Montclair State University in Upper Montclair.
They love her cuisine because her Thai dishes are as close to authentic
as you can get in the US, and they are utterly delicious! Some
even say Pat's cuisine is addictive. Pat uses no MSG whatsoever,
and carefully selects all meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, and ingredients
to ensure the best quality items find their way into her delightful dishes.
