Broken Stuff
Left calf (burn)
While riding the GS around the Watkins motocross track near my house I had a little trouble through one of their mud puddles. I was pinned on my right side and the 2 inch gap between my jeans and boots landed right on the header and cooked my leg while I got un-stuck. Lesson learned, I bought dirt pants.
HJC C-12 helmet
Skidded for 9 feet on my head (I went about 30' total) on the gravel shoulder of CO Highway 105. HEADTRENCH!
Status: I should really throw it out but I have trouble getting rid of stuff so it's...
Back in action! as a snowmobile helmet- new visor
Honda 919
Wrecked 10.19.02 3 blocks from my house in Aurora, CO. I hit some sand turning out of the
neighborhood at a decent lean and the bike slid into the curb.
Status: RIP- Sold at a salvage auction 2.03.03.
The folowing were taken off the Klode's salvage site.
It's kind of depressing to look at all the bikes there.
My left fibula
Broken 10.19.03 by the 919. The left footpeg cracked, too. Walking cast was off in 4 weeks, I was able to shift 4 days later.
Still stiff but no limping or nuthin'.

Tourmaster Aramid Carbon Race Gloves
Down at about 30MPH on asphalt. The wrist pads were also scuffed- kind of hard to see. Did pretty well as far as things go and there's still
about 1/2 the depth to go before my knuckles are in danger. I did a little research on Aramid and I'm pretty sure it's what's used to stitch the gloves together. Since none of the stitching was damaged, I think it works pretty good.
