East Bridgewater High School was the overall winner of the
51st Annual Christmas Parade in Quincy on Nov 30th
Stephanie Fonzo was named Best Drum Major in the Parade for the second year in a row.
Division 1 Champions
East Bridgewater High School Viking Marching Band won the NESBA Div 1 championship for the 3rd straight year. They received a gold for their performance
It was a very exciting year
for the Winter Guard. For the first time East Bridgewater fielded two winter
guard ensembles. The Varsity group moved up from AAA to Open Class and finished
a strong second 0.3 behind Dover NH. The newly created JV group comprised of
Middle School students also finished a strong second in the Novice class, 1.3
points behind Everett High School. (Yes I said High School). Congratulations to
all the of this years Winter Guard Performers.

Division 1 Champions
On November 2nd 2002 the East Bridgewater High School Viking Marching Band won the NESBA Div 1 championship. They received a gold for their performance on this beautiful 27 degree evening.
Quincy Parade
The East Bridgewater Viking Marching Band finished 1st overall in the Quincy’s 50th annual Christmas Festival.
Stephanie Fonzo was named Best Drum Major in the Parade.

Quincy Parade
The East Bridgewater Viking Marching Band finished 2nd overall in the Quincy’s 49th annual Christmas Festival.
Suzanne Ferrell-Locke was named Best Drum Major in the Parade.
Division 1 Champions
On November 3rd 2001 the East Bridgewater High School Viking Marching Band won the NESBA Div 1 championship. They received a platinum medal for their performance. This is the first time a Div 1 school has ever been awarded a Platinum Medal in NESBA competition.
Rhythmix and Concert Band earn Gold Medals at MICCA
On April 14th the East Bridgewater High School Rhythmix performed at Symphony Hall after winning a Gold Medal in the MICCA evaluation.
The Rhythmix were one of only 13 ensembles selected for this honor.
On May 6th the East Bridgewater High Concert Band performed at Ozawa Hall in Tanglewood after winning a Gold Medal in the MICCA evaluation. The Concert Band was one of only 12 High School Bands to be selected for this honor.
