Radiation Safety Program
Development and Revision
We develop new programs, including license
applications to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and state agencies
if necessary. We then assist in the
implementation of the programs. We are
especially adept at doing this in effective and efficient ways for start-ups and young corporations in high
technology.
We also assess existing programs and update them to
meet current needs and regulations.
Preparation of SOPs, manuals, and other program documentation
We create, revise and update manuals, administrative and technical operating
procedures, compliance
documentation and record keeping systems.
Audits of Radiation Safety and other EH&S Programs
We perform the annual management audit required by
the NRC .
Radiation Surveys and Hazard Assessments
We perform
radiation surveys of x-ray and other radiation producing machines,
contamination surveys of radioisotope facilities and sealed sources.
Decommissioning (decontamination)
We perform and prepare the documentation for the decommissioning
of radioisotope facilities prior to release for normal use.
Act as Interlocutor with Regulatory Agencies
At your request, we will represent your company or corporation or advise you
