The Honeypot Diary is my effort to study and catelog the activities of black-hat hackers[!] and give a report of this to the rest of the security community. This is by no means an original concept, though I wish I could, I cannot take credit for the idea. Others are running their own honeypot projects, but the only other one publicly providing the data they collect which I know of is The Honeypot Project. If any of my readers have their own honeypot projects which make gathered data publicly available, and would like a link from this site, please let me know.
