Earth Mother Awareness was founded in 1993. It arose out of a vision by Medicine Hawk which revealed to him that the teaching of humankind's interconnectedness to the rest of creation is one of the few solutions remaining for the personal and global problems facing us all.

The purpose of Earth Mother Awareness is to help people to learn 'the old ways' of native people worldwide, providing a 'doorway' connecting them to who they are as children of the Earth, thus clarifying their spiritual life.

We offer a traditional four day wilderness Vision Quest, as well as other programs tailored to Rites of Passage, Schools, Community Organizations, Earth Day Events, other Festivals, and more ....
