Replace the (at) with an @ symbol (like a normal email address). The reason I spelled it out is because many spammers use software to scan the web and automatically record any email addresses they find. By spelling it out instead of typing it as a proper email address, I'm helping prevent spammers from sending me unsolicited emails, and I can be sure any email you send me won't get lost in an avalanche of spam.
You also don't have to worry about capitalizing the email address. I only capitalized it like that so you can read it easier. Whether it's uppercase, lowercase, or mixed caps, it will still come to me.
