I also am the proud owner-rider of a Vintage BMW R60US manufactured in 1969. 

It is pretty much stock and like the Zundapp KS601, suffered through a period of dormancy prior to my official retirement.   It does not have the traditional /2 Earles Forks.   But it came with built-in turn signals and a 6.5 gallon tank which gives it a more modern look.
