In 2002, I started decorating cakes as a hobby for my two young children. I found I had a talent for it and started formal training.  In 2005, I completed all three Wilton Cake Decorating training courses and have continued my training with the 2007 Fondant & Gumpaste course.  I now make cakes upon request.

I am the mother of two girls, ages 5 and 6.  My husband, children and I live in Central New Jersey.
