Winter was our time to assess the past year and plan for the coming season.  One decision we have made is to take a "poultry sabbatical" in 2006.  Although we raised very happy poultry, the farmers were no longer happy raising the poultry.  So, we are no longer offering broilers or turkeys and only a very limited number of eggs.
 

We continue to offer pork and lamb.  Pork may be purchased by the animal (whole/half) or by the cut. Lamb is offered only by the cut.  We are in the process of expanding our herd and plan to have more lamb available next year.
 

Farm Shares are once again offered.  Farm Shares are a prepayment program that rewards our customers with a 10% bonus.  A Farm Share costs $180.00 but is redeemable for $200.00 worth of products.  Farm Shares may be redeemed until December 31, 2006.  Farm Shares must be purchased by July 1, 2006.
 

We are selling at both the Albany and Corvallis Farmers’ Markets on Saturdays.   Farm products are also available for purchase from the farm by appointment.

We have a website this year at WoodFamilyFarm.com.  On the website, our inventory will be listed.  By using the inventory list, you will know what items are currently available.
