Claude, as a Cruise Director for Carnival Cruise Lines I deal with over 3,000 people a week to keep them entertained and to guide people on a great voyage seven days a week ---for six months at a time.  It is good to know that there is a nice place to get away to.  Well your place fits it perfectly!  Not  only is it very spacious and nicely furnished but it is the only house I have seen in Orlando that actually has privacy. Most places are literally right next to each other and you can't swim, BBQ or anything in the back yard without feeling like your neighbors are part of your house as well.  It has a great layout and is very convenient to all of the attractions. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there and I look forward to staying there many times again in the future.

This is the first chance that I have had since I got your request for feedback. WE found everything to our satisfaction. Your home surpassed our expectations. The house was very clean and orderly. We had no problems at all. We didn't have any issues that needed to be handled, but we had confidence that if we had they would have been handled well. Everything in the house worked to our satisfaction. (I wish things worked so well in my own home!) The only thing that we weren't sure about was the answering machine. We never had any messages, but when we checked for them something was said about a low battery. There were definitely sufficient supplies of everything we needed. The only thing that we felt was missing was a regular size ironing board. Most people don't do lots of ironing when on vacation, but we always seem to need to. We purchased a full size ironing board, which we left in the home. (No room in our car.) We have no suggestions for improvements. It's hard to imagine the home any more perfect than it was. I've already been telling people about the home and have given a couple of people the web site. I'll look forward to our own next visit.

I just wanted you to know we had a great time and the house is far superior to other houses we've stayed in over the years. Your home had more linens, silverware, pans, and dishes than any of the other homes we've stayed in. Frank and his son played ping pong every night and rode the bikes several times. I loved sitting on the deck off the bedroom early every morning to see the mother duck and her 8 ducklings swim across the pond also the tree on the right side of the house has a mocking bird nest with 2 babies, the mother was very busy feeding them every morning. I think you should take some new photos of the pond view and put them on the web the one you have just doesn't capture the true beauty of the Pond. I would recommend your home to any of my family or friends, it's a step above the homes we've stayed at.  I've printed your email because we will be back within the year.

Claude we had a great time and the house added to the enjoyment. I liked all the features big and small that some of the other homes do not have ( the higher screened in patio, the outside upstairs balcony, the speakers in every room, even the bikes which my kids made good use of ) and of course the location which is convenient to stores and attractions and yet very relaxing and private.

If its Ok, Please hold on to our deposit and apply as early consideration / deposit to next year's 2002 booking in which we may stay a little longer. Please hold dates in 2002.   If circumstances change I will let you know long before as you require. Please let me know if this is ok and we can send paperwork later as it gets closer.

I wanted to take the time to let you know we had a terrific time. The house was as represented and it was perfect for the three of us. It is very well located as it didn't take more than 20-30 minutes to get to anything we wanted. If you haven't done the Arabian Nights Dinner Show, be sure to go. It was fabulous! We had plenty of time at the Theme Parks and we spent plenty of time relaxing by the pool. I left everything in order for the next family. Thank you again and we loved it.

The house was great!  The whole tribe really enjoyed the week.  We had room to spread out, and not get on each others nerves. The location is great, and easy access to everything we did. Thanks again for everything, and hopefully the Hawkeyes will get to the Citrus Bowl sometime soon, and we'll be back to Orlando, and if the circumstances are right, back to your house. If not that, I think we will be back with the boys again.

Claude--Thanks so much for letting us use your home during our recent vacation. It couldn't have been any more perfect. I cannot believe how conveniently located your home is to EVERYTHING!!!!!!! My kids especially enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. We will definitely use your home again should we again visit Orlando and I am definitely recommending your home to anyone I know visiting Orlando. I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay in your vacation home this past week. We all had a blast! You were right on many accounts, but especially about never wanting to stay in a hotel again. We have two 15-month-olds, and I don't know how we would have made it through our vacation otherwise. They even loved the pool and would peer out the doors and beg to go swimming.
