He married Ann?_wife of Archibald RHEA in Ireland. Ann?_wife was born in Ireland about 1690.

Archibald RHEA and Ann?_wife of Archibald RHEA had the following children:

+ 7 i. William³ RHEA was born about 1718.

+ 8 ii. Robert RHEA was born 1720.

+ 9 iii. Archibald RHEA Jr. was born 1725.
