2009/ 2010 Indoor Season Information
If you are interested in improving your performance, by learning better technique, better training regiments, and better event preparation, this is the team for you.

High School Athletes start October 3, 2009
All other athletes start October 31, 2009

The indoor program goes through the end of February, 2010, and will not interfere with the official high school practice season, according to IHSAA rules. All meets are outside the official IHSAA meet season, and do not require a waiver from any school.
Where:
11 & older - NIFS, on the IUPUI campus, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Under 11 – Guion Creek Middle School Gym, Mondays, Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, at NIFS 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Cost: Initial $240.00, Monthly $ 55.00Initial Costs include – Speedsuit ($45) , travel team warm up ($65), AAU membership, NIFS membership, and first month club fees. (Fees can be reduced for unneeded items)
There will be additional costs for meet fees, and travel expenses.
