In June of 2004 I purchased a hoard of 310 coins from a
seller in England. Initially I thought 310 coins was not that great a
number coins, little did I know that the 310 were actually going to
be a challenging and rewarding batch to work on. I was able to learn new
cleaning techniques and improve on ones I was already using. All that I
know presently about the hoard is that it was found in a broken clay jar in
Berkshire England. Upon receiving the uncleaned hoard, I sorted the
coins by ruler. The hoard is made up of the following rulers: Gallienus,
Claudius II(Gothicus), Salonina(1 coin), Postumus (1) coin), Victorinus,
Tetricus I and Tetricus II. A majority of the coins are Tetricus I and II.
