MEMORIES OF REUNION
Remember when ............. was the theme for the weekend.
I am so glad other people remember more than I can
these days. If it weren't for my classmates I may never
have known some of the events that I learned about this
weekend. So often classmates came around to share a
funny antidote about a particular evening or day at school,
that I vaguely could muster anything about , but knowing
it was the truth, because they will never forget the story.
Both evenings were shared with long discussions of
" the way we were" and current events. Maybe some
pictures made it out of the wallets.
What I enjoyed about the weekend was that everyone
was kind, everyone is now a friend, maybe lost or forgotten
for a while but truly someone who knew you when.......
I know I had more laughs and more smiles than I have
had in a long time, and I know there are plenty of you
that made it possible. Thank You.

1) Mike Helford apologizing for standing me up for
a Humanities project 30 years ago, and I did not even
know what he was talking about. I still don't remember it.
2) Michelle Marcin - boy did she look so familiar. So
familiar that she told me that she was at my baby
shower about 30 years ago. I spent most of the evening
(very calmly) trying to remember her. And then before
I left, it all fell into place. It was the hairdo and frosty
color that threw me off. I plan on contacting her and
picking up the threads of a friendship again
3) Sally Ricks looked terrific - much thinner than I
remember her in high school. I missed her friendship
for many years and hope to reconnect with her as a friend.
4) Karen Keegan was great telling me what everyone
was up to through
the years.
I had a Twighlight Zone blast from the past that evening.
