Patricia Stimmel, the Horticulturist at Taltree Arboretum & Gardens has offered the Duneland Rose Society the free use of their meeting room in exchange for advice and consulting on their rose garden. For those not familiar with Taltree, it’s a couple of miles south of Route 30 on County Road 500 W. It’s the exit off Route 30 that you take to go to Lake Eliza. It may be more centrally located for many of our members. Patricia made it clear nothing physical would be involved. Most advising and consulting would be done by the Consulting Rosarians so most members would not have to do anything. They usually charge a $50 fee for the use of the meeting room.
