Adult Education
Sunday School Classes Bible Studies Spiritual Direction Small Groups UMW Circles

Elam's Library has many books and videos for adults!

Paul wrote these encouraging words to the church in Rome:

"I myself feel confident about you, my brothers and sisters, that you
yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able to
instruct one another."
-- Romans 15: 14

The goal of our education program at Elam is that we might all continue to grow in the love and knowledge of God, as we consider spiritual and faith issues in light of the blessings given us through Scripture, reason, tradition and life experiences.

Spiritual Direction

Why Seek Spiritual Direction?
How will it benefit my spiritual life?

A desire to seek Spiritual Direction comes from a yearning for a deeper relationship with the Lord. Spiritual direction should be considered holy conversation, for the aim is to seek and follow the One who nurtures our souls. During meetings, as well as between, the guide and the seeker spend time "listening with God" through contemplative prayer. You may contact Randy Schaffer at our church office (610-459-2911) for further information concerning spiritual direction sessions.
