Information
Emily D. Grace has been working with computers for over twenty-five years, and has been an Information Technology trainer for the past fifteen years. Over her career, she has been a programmer, technical support representative, sales support technician, training developer and coordinator, and project manager.
She has presented a number of types of technical training, including programming languages, database concepts and techniques, and PC business and internet applications. In addition, she has facilitated several professional development training programs, including work team development, customer service, and workplace communication.
