Procedure

  If the game is A_xx:

Steyrhahn is your Game Coordinator.  Please save his email address because I am not going to post it on the website.  There are 130 cities on your map (plus 2 computer cities that you must not take) and you will need 87 cities to win.

  If the game is B_xx:

I am your Game Coordinator.  There are 84 cities on your map (plus 2 computer cities that you must not take) and you will need 56 cities to win.

  When you have acquired the required number of cities report your results by sending an email to your GC and to your opponent indicating your handle, your game number, the number of turns, and the number of cities.  You still need to send the file to your opponent one last time.

  If you receive a claim of victory (and you agree), forward the message to your GC including the number of cities you had at the end.
