Procedure

I am your Game Coordinator.  There are 96 cities on the map (plus 2 computer cities that you must not take) and you will need 64 cities to win.

  When you have acquired the required number of cities report your results by sending an email to your GC and to your opponent indicating your handle, your game number, the number of turns, and the number of cities.  You still need to send the file to your opponent one last time.

  If you receive a claim of victory (and you agree), forward the message to your GC including the number of cities you had at the end.
