11/5/2005 Caplin Speedway (1/6 mile Dirt Oval)
Main Event: Start 4th, Finish 11th/DNF
Heat 1: Start 4th, Finish 5th/DNF
Transfer Heat: Start 1st, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: This was Jen's first race on this small, high-banked 1/6 mile track. She looked good in the first heat, moving up from 4th to 2nd when an ignition wire broke and the engine shut off. In the second transfer heat she took off from the pole and took a convincing win with nearly a straightaway lead. By the time the main was run the track had gone totally dry slick and was extremely dusty. Jen pushed out wide on the start and got off the edge of turn 2 to bring out the yellow. This put her at the back of the 11 car field on the restart. She had moved up to 5th when a late race yellow bunched the field back up. On the restart, the car in front of her lifted out of the throttle when the visibility went to zero. This happened right at the cone that is used to designate the when you can begin passing. This cone is placed at the start/finish line up in the middle of the groove so that there is only one lane between it and the edge of the track. With no place to really go, Jen ran into the back of the other car and broke the left front radius rod, putting her out of the race.

10/23/2005 Hollywood Hills (3/8 mile Dirt Oval)
Main Event - Start 17th, Did Not Finish
Heat Race - Start 2nd, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: Jen was very fast in the heat and took an easy win with nearly a straightaway advantage. The pill draw called for a full invert of the field for the main event which put Jen in the 17th starting position. By lap 3 she had moved to 12th and was charging through the field when the throttle cable broke ending her race.

10/8/2005 Hollywood Hills (3/8 mile Dirt Oval)
Main Event - Start 10th, Did Not Finish
Heat Race - Start 11th, Finish 6th
Notes: The crew missed the setup pretty badly in the heat and the car was very loose. Jen still picked up 5 positions to finish 6th. The setup for the main was virtually perfect and Jen was the fastest car on the track. Went from 10th to the lead in less than 5 laps. Stretched the lead to almost a straightaway before a yellow bunched the field. Started driving away on the restart and was comfortably in the lead when the engine blew up with two laps to go.

10/1/2005 Hollywood Hills (3/8 mile Dirt Oval)
Main Event - Start 9th, Finish 3rd
Heat Race - Start 5th, Finish 4th
Notes: Jennifer's first dirt race of any kind - ever. Looked a bit tentative in the heat race, but gained confidence after passing for 4th and was quickly closing on 3rd. Started fairly deep in the 17 car field, but patiently picked off positions throughout the race to finish a solid 3rd place.

9/24/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 8th, Finish 2nd
Heat Race - Start 8th, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: This is the final SMS asphalt race of the season. the car's brake system was fresh and the team hoped that would get them back into the top 3. Jen got a great start and moved to the lead by the 3rd lap. She extended her lead to take an easy win. In the main she moved to the lead by lap 4, then a yellow came out and she was put back to 3rd. She made it back into the lead within 2 laps. Andres Batista caught her and they put on a great show with Exceptionally close racing. Batista tried her high and low, but Jen held him off until she caught a lapped car wrong and had to lift ever so slightly. This gave Batista the opening he needed to pass. Jen easily finished 2nd.

9/10/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 Mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 2nd, Finish 6th
Heat Race - Start 3rd, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: Convincing 12 car length win in the heat, Problems with the brakes in the main. Ran 4th for most of the race, then brakes went completely away with 3 laps to go and fell to 6th.

8/20/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 3rd, Finish 4th
Heat Race - Start 3rd, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: Great heat race battle. Jennifer and Andres Batista put on a great wheel- to-wheel dice. They were side-by-side several times with Jennifer taking the win by less than a car length. The car was too tight in the main and Jen held on for a 4th place.

8/6/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 7th, Did Not Finish
Heat Race - Start 6th, Finish 2nd
Notes: The setup was a bit off in the heat, but Jen pulled off a great last lap pass to take 2nd. The main was a bit too exciting. Jen moved quickly into 2nd, but was a little hot into turn 1 trying to pass for the lead and half spun. She was getting back up to speed on the inside of turn 2 when another car ran into the back of her. She was charged with the yellow and restarted from the back. She was coming back through the pack when she got together with another car in turn 4 and had to retire from the race.

7/30/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 8th, Finish 5th
Heat Race - Start 8th, Finish 7th
Notes: The car was fast in practice, but developed a huge push in the heat. It was practically undriveable and Jen could only muster a 7th place. The team made several changes to loosen the car up, but it was still pretty bad in the main. Even with the car handling poorly, Jen was able to get a top 5 finish.

7/16/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 9th, Finish 3rd
Heat Race - Start 9th, Finish 1st/WIN!
Notes: Jen was incredible in the heat. She started inside of row 5 and carved quickly through the field, taking the lead at the beginning of lap 6. Even with a yellow flag on lap 7 and a red flag on lap 8 she took the win by a wide margin in the 10 lap heat. She was moving quickly to the front in the main but the lack of a side head support caused her neck muscles to give out. Even though she couldn't hold her head up for the last half of the race she hung on for a 3rd place finish.

7/2/2005 Sandia Motor Speedway (1/4 mile Asphalt Oval)
Main Event - Start 9th, Finish 2nd
Heat Race - Start 9th, Finish 5th
Notes: This was Jennifer's debut in a Mini Sprint car. Because of this she had to start from the back of the pack. She was a bit tentative in the heat as she got used to the car and the track. She showed that she is a quick study as she drove her way through traffic in the Feature to finish a strong 2nd.
