Although the spotlight is most often on Jennifer and Rachel as they perform their driving duties, it takes a considerable amount of effort to field any racing team. The Greenberg Racing personnel have a diverse background that includes NHRA Top Alcohol Funny Cars, dragsters, altereds and stock cars, SCCA Formula 2000 road race cars and dirt and oval open wheel and stock cars. The crew includes:
Lyle Greenberg - In addition to owning the cars, Lyle is responsible for all of the final decisions on chassis setup, team management and record keeping. He also acts as a driver coach to Jennifer and Rachel.
Butch Blackberg - Much of the mechanical and fabrication work on the cars is done by Butch. Butch's dedication to the girls and their racing has been exceptional.
Scott Baron - A metal fabrication whiz, Scott can make practically anything - and has!
Robert Howard - A big supporter of the Greenberg team, Robert's mechanical knowledge and expertise are second to none!
