Mechanical Design Services
Full CAD services are available. Using
AutoCAD, two and three dimensional design capabilities are available. We can
supplement your design team or provide independent mechanical design services.
Electromechanical Packaging
Engineering Solutions has extensive experience
in packaging electromechanical devices for industrial application. Our capabilities
include packaging for thermal cooling and packaging designs to meet the requirements of
NEMA, CSA, CE, ETL, ETLc, and gas purge systems.
Fluid System Design and
Experimental Flow Modeling
We design gas and liquid flow systems and
perform fluid flow analysis. Flow characterization can be assessed analytically and
experimentally during the design phase, often saving expensive redesign charges.
Alpha-Prototyping and Model
Making
Low cost alpha modelling in foam core,
wood, plastics or metals facilitates design concept discussion and review.
Alpha-prototype models offer a very low cost method to visualize in three-dimensions,
proposed concepts. Detailed, precise models typically representing mature designs
can also be fabricated.
