I now use 110lb cardstock you can pick up at most office supply stores. You can get 250 sheets (1 ream) for about US$6. Be sure you check and see what you printer is good for though. I won't be held responsible for anyone's printer but mine!
I have an inkjet printer, and it seems to work well with the cardstock. Previous prints I had done at a copy shop with their laser printer were OK, until they got left in the car. Turns out that stuff can cause the cards to stick to each other.
New to the website are the "D" series pdfs. They're the same as the others, but have no borders on the back sides, to make double sided printing a bit easier. If you're good at lining them up you can print pretty good stuff this way - though the margins are pretty tight. I've been able to do it with decent success.
Some people have told me they've laminated the cards - I've never tried this, but if you have, send me some notes so others can benefit from your experience.
I haven't tried gluing cards front to back either, but I'm sure that's an option. Again, send me your notes!
For transporting the cards, I use a cheap plastic 3 1/2 inch disk box (the kind that hold about 10 disks.) Again, you can buy these at just about any office supply store. The size is just about perfect for the bigger cards, and (as an example) can fit a set of Steel Legion and Baran Siegemasters with ease.
Enjoy!
