The Florida Keys
We've stayed at several places in the Keys but we really like Sunset Villas and Conch Key Villas on Conch Key. Here are some pictures, including a small tarpon I caught off the dock and a snowy egret who spent a lot of time in front of our unit..
And the best back country guide in the Keys is Capt. Chris Morrison. He can hook you up with tarpon, bonefish, permit, shark, barracuda, among others. And when you're as sensitive to the mal de mer as I am, it's a real treat to be able to catch a 150 lb. fish in 5 feet of water on 20 lb test line.
